IAM Account Application

Thank you for onboarding your client with IAM. This online process will take 10 to 20 minutes of your time.

The IAM Capital Markets Account Application is for Wholesale Qualified Investors Only.

To complete this application, you will need:

A valid client Qualified Accountant’s Wholesale Investor Certificate.Qualified Accountant’s Wholesale Investor Certificate. The certificate can be uploaded during the process.
A valid client email address and mobile phone number.
Bank account details in the name of the investor/entity.
A recent bank statement, within the last 6 months.
A valid Drivers licence or passport for applicant(s) and authorised signatories.

This Income Asset Management Group (IAM) application including the terms and conditions contained in the Master Custody Agreement forms the agreement between the investor (“you”) and Trustees Australian Limited and IAM Capital Markets Limited (collectively referred to as IAM and each performing their specific role as described in the Terms and Conditions of IAM Agreement) being the IAM Agreement (the IAM Agreement). Please provide all of the information requested on the following pages, relevant to your type of application. The information is used to verify your identity in accordance with the Anti-Money Laundering and Counter-Terrorism Financing Act 2006 (Cth) (AML/CTF Act) and establish your IAM Account. The IAM Application must be read and completed in conjunction with the terms and conditions set out in the Master Custody Agreement and the relevant offer document for any underlying investment.

Trust or Superannuation Fund

A trust with individual trustees or a company trustee as laid out in the trust deed. Types of trusts include self-managed superannuation funds, family or discretionary trusts, registered trusts (such as managed investment schemes or government superannuation funds), charitable trusts, or any other trust.

Association

An association registered as an incorporated association under a relevant state or territory law, or an unincorporated association.

Government Body

A government, agency or authority of the Commonwealth of Australia, a state or territory of Australia, or a local government body established by or under such law, or a foreign government.
